Extremely statisfying beef fix with this 45- day dry aged sirloin in Habayaki style $88, by grilling them with miso on a Japanese magnolia leaf. On the other hand, also had the glorious A4 ribeye $92 in shabu shabu style. Thanks to @entertainersg, the total bill did not break the bank. π
The Japanese charcoal grilled Corn fed US prime traditional fiorentina steak is a crowd pleaser, the tender meat is slightly charred with a crispy skin-crust. ($22 per 100g, minimum 800g) Pictured here is also the US prime OP rib ($18 per 100g) slightly fatty while the taste isn't as intense as the fiorentina. π΄

Finally had the chance to have a meal at this burp-pular place! Steaks come in 200g/ 400g/ 600g option. Went medium rare and the meat blended well with the semi-honey mustardish tartar sauce (?). Enjoyed it and it'll be even better if they can slice the meat thinner.
I swear it melted in my mouth like ice-cream on a hot pavement. And it is only $21 nett! Did I just make you fall off your chair? π

Although a secondary cut, using wagyu beef and the way it's sliced against the grain allows the meat to still be very tender, and packed with all the beefy flavours of hanging tender cut.

They are known for their various grades of Japanese wagyu beef. Totally blown away when it melts in your mouth. Here's The Fat Cow Beef Donburi, charcoal grilled wagyu w onsen egg. With the distinct taste of iron that a solid piece of medium-rare steak should have, and lots of beef jus to pump up the meaty flavour. Waiter advised us to go for 350g (for two pax), but I'm glad we stuck to a 175g serving because that's really good enough (amongst other dishes) for 2-3 people.
Ribeye Cap Steak ($58) - I personally like my steak medium rare, bloody kind π It's quite nicely done at Pelican, juicy and tender. Thanks to #entertainerapp 1-for-1 mains, we got 2 awesome steaks at $58 π΄
