We're holed up at Cocoa Colony to take respite from the burning weather with a ice cold elderflower and lychee fizz.

It's the perfect drink for this heat, with just enough sweetness to boost our energy!

Great for a quick bite is the warm chicken and avocado sandwich with toasted almond flakes and mango chutney that adds a fruity sweetness to the tender meat. Wash it down with a hot cuppa cocoa (the 76 is lovely) and a rich red velvet cake.
