Here's what Tastemaker Rachel says about the Hae Bee Hiam Mentaiko Capellini- "One of my favourite dishes here has to be this: thin coils of pasta emollient with garlic-and-prawn-stock butter, dotted with crispy lardons, and slicked with an unexpectedly creamy dried shrimp and mentaiko paste. Keep a glass of water on hand because this dish packs a hefty dose of heat."
