Many people often ask me why I would venture into gluten-free/#paleo baking. Reason being food sensitivities and allergies are very real and common nowadays whether we like it or not(I'm one of them). It is very difficult for us to enjoy normal bake-goods without any after-math suffering. 😞Even though GF ingredients might be a little more expensive, it is worth the cause as a #blessing to others!=D My whole house smells like butter now btw! ❤️❤️

Bleh effort, not happy with the inconsistency of the honeycomb structure. 😥But I followed the recipe to the T leh!Not sure what went wrong....😭😭

It takes a lot of self-discipline and control not to finish a slice. 😂😂I wish I could if not for my gluten-sensitivity. 😓

I thought that this might be another kitchen disaster as I forgot to stir in the baking powder and soda!😅Guess the egg separation method helps to keep the texture of the cake tender and soft. 😋Finally after N attempts, I can bake a butter pound cake which is edible!! 🙆💃 Woohoo!!
