Kitchen Babies 👶

Dad made aglio olio topped with ultra fat slices of smoked duck that he simply popped into the air fryer. Before this, I didn't know that smoked duck is actually SO cheap. Even cheaper than smoked salmon! There is absolutely no reason for restaurants/cafes to scrimp on it. ☝️

Very simple but much yums 😛 Also, #SG50 meant 50g more salmon in one pack! Loving our jubilee celebrations~

Pork tenderloin roasted with rosemary and garlic, so unbelievably soft and juicy that my dad's gonna roast everything from now on. Paired with potatoes in a balsamic glaze that smelt really bad when roasting but so yummy when it's all caramelized. Plus daddy went the extra mile to make onion and shallot jam. 😇 Home-cooked food is the way to go, yeah?

I think strawberries are in season again cause they are cheap! Added sliced strawberries to my yoghurt. Best decision.

My dad made us Tonkotsu for lunch! So good - really crispy and juicy, I'd even say that it's comparable to Ginza Barin's. Whoop, Tonkotsu everyday from now.

Tried my hand at making one of my favourite Japanese skewers for a potluck lunch today. For a crowd pleaser, it was surprisingly easy to make. Also cooked some yellow peppers in the bacon fat... Heehee yum.
