Pork tenderloin roasted with rosemary and garlic, so unbelievably soft and juicy that my dad's gonna roast everything from now on. Paired with potatoes in a balsamic glaze that smelt really bad when roasting but so yummy when it's all caramelized. Plus daddy went the extra mile to make onion and shallot jam. 😇 Home-cooked food is the way to go, yeah?
