Soft buttery tea cake with very flavorful almond taste in each mouthful. Yum
The cheese is light, wasn't as heavy as I thought but the layers of sponge cake was hard. Overhyped.

Quite abit of heat in them, but the chewy tentacles are so addictive.
I prefer the dim sum and dishes selection at Shark Fin Inn just a street down. This blistered skin pork is crisp but the one at SFI has a much crackling outer texture and juicier meat in the middle, imo.
Very chocolatey and rich caramel flavour with a good balance of briny taste to it. Well done, barista!
