Deviating a little from our #nespressosg food trail, we HAD to try Chef Damien's legendary churros that were aaaamazinggg 😍😍 served with dipping sauces of Salted Butter Caramel and Dark Chocolate Sauce!

Lemon Tart, Flan, and Chocolate Eclair.
The tart shell is made with sable flour and has the perfect, firm crunch I love in a tart; the lemon curd spiked with lime zest was neither too sweet nor too sour.
For those who like sweets, milky, vanilla bean-speckled flan will certainly appeal.
