Remember the durian creme brûlée I posted awhile ago? They have their own place now. The Quarters, situated at Icon Village, officially opened its doors a week ago, serving mod-sin cuisine as well as artisanal coffee.

In case you don't know, I got zero resistance when it comes to salted egg yolk and I know I must order the Salted Egg Fries. Well, it didn't disappoint. Golden, crispy shoestring fries with salted egg aioli. The fries stay crispy even after they are cooled. Awfully sinful but oh so good! 😋🍟

Spicy Mex-Thai margarita with lime and a rim of Tom Yam salt. Sawadeeka!

East8's Molten Peanut Butter and Chocolate—a peanut butter and dark chocolate core oozing of deliciousness, served with vanilla ice cream… We even went for seconds when we visited East 8 last week. It's THAT good!

It's coming into Hong Kong finally. However, don't get it why it is more expensive than that in Singapore...

New dessert, at least from my last visit. Nutella lava cup with vanilla ice cream ($8.90). Not lava enough for me, need more Nutella. It was all at the bottom only.
