I finally managed to eat here! Been hearing so much reviews about this place and was bummed when I realized that their waiting list is so long! The food served is awesome with friendly chefs so willing to strike up a conversation.
Fully customized ramen. You can how strong u want your soup to taste like, how much oil u want, the texture of your noodles and the toppings you want. Suitable for the fussy eater.
The sushi here is always fresh and satisfying. Portions for set lunch are just right as well.
Noodles is springy. The dipping soup is thick and tasty and not too salty which is great! They have an interesting hot yuzu sauce which gives a nice refreshing sour taste when added to the soup.
Springy noodles, great broth, awesome half boiled egg.... Wat more can you ask for? Jap ramen craving satisfied.
Hot and chewy "Kama-age" udon with raw egg. Enjoy with Soy-sauce taste broth. Highly recommended!
Ok lah, I still like Ippudo ramen best, at least I know what I am getting. You?
One of favorite places to go for sashimi that is fresh and affordable.
Cha Shu Ramen. Chewy Hakata ramen noodles in a savoury pork bone broth enhanced with garlic oil. The pork slices are probably the most tender I've had at a ramen joint yet. #ramen #pork #chashu #noodles #garlic #japanesefood #sgfood #foodporn
