The next time when I get my new place, I'm getting either the photogenic Brown Table Series or the most desirable White Marble Table Series to enjoy my own Liu Sha (Custard) Doughnut, but these are from May May at 65 Tras Street.
Wish that there were more sugar on them and flow better. Nevertheless, lunch was amazing balls!
Valrhona Chocolate Mousse with Vanilla Cream Parfait and Mixed Berries. One of the most Instagram worthy and tasty dessert I had to date.

An uplifting dessert and favourite Earl Grey Jelly enhanced by the hint of bergamot and sour notes of the passion fruit coulis and macerated berries. I thought that the frozen yogurt was not necessary, but it actually help to achieve the right balance of sweet and sour for my palate.
Red Baron's Weekend Special - Salted Caramel Walnut Brownie, topped with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Went a little creative and tried the Cocogato, by drowning coconut ice cream with one shot of espresso, a total legit combination.

It might get a tad messy while you enjoy the Soufflé Chocolate Tart, but it is worth the mess. The Audacious Cakery will be saying Adious Amigos on the 27th of this month, before they search for a new home outside Everton Park.

I don't know what you think about eating savoury macarons, but I certainly approve these Smoked Salmon Cream Cheese & Chives Macarons.
Perhaps replacing the chives with dill and reducing the sweetness of the macaron shell will perfect it. Nevertheless, a job well done thanks buddy for the novelty bake.

Specially came back after the media tour to shop for some snacks and wifey love her block of Whittaker white chocolate infused with the much-loved L&P from New Zealand.
Feeling sort of sheepish that I've not been back to this lovely cafe for a while. Missing the food and the pretty jar desserts here. Here's Matcha Azuki Sesame to sweeten up my evening before dinner.
