Hunted down for 2 Loaves, one of two famous 'cafe' spots in the Commonwealth area, which wasn't too hard to find with respect to Tanglin Halt hawker :) freshly baked loaves that smelt astonishingly good upon entering the shop. Slightly pricey though, with each loaf going at about 7 bucks each with a slight discount on bulk buys.

Ambience: small area only room for 2 people to sit inside the shop, with most of the space used for display and the kitchen. Amazing smells though

1 of the 3 banana loaves they make! Walnuts for the added crunch and the loaves are as moist as it always has been!
Amazing banana chocolate loaf from #2loaves! One slice of it is just not enough!!! 😩
Interestingly, the combination of lemon and lavender did work for me. The lemon lavender loaf ($5.80) had a nice touch of sweetness and hint of lavender aroma.
