Love how easy this is to prep, some miso paste, a bit of honey, marinate for 45 mins, baked for 15 & a bowl of broccoli doused in olive oil. My kinda healthy, wholesome dinner 😍
Couldn't resist trying this recipe after seeing it online. Swapped out the brownie one for the usual fudgey brownie one I make though, cos the batch following the recipe wasn't great. The cheesecake layer and cookie dough were on point.
Being on a high protein/fat, trace carb diet is tough without the sweets, but thankfully I found this 5 ingredient brownie recipe and it's so much like the regular fudgey ones I bake. Just cocoa powder, butter, xylosweet, hazelnut flour and eggs. I chose to top one half with natural peanut butter and the other with sea salt. First time baking this, and it was amazing! Didn't even taste that much different from my regular bake, except more hazelnutty. The trick to this is not to over bake so that you get that awesome fudgeyness.
Glad this was a success after not baking it for 3 years, and without any added chemicals too! The most painful part is squeezing the pandan juice from the leaves but otherwise is a pretty quick bake.
And it's back to the usual fare. One rather green plate today 😅
Loving the pillowy soft ciabatta from gardenia, been having this for breakfast 3 days in a row. Lightly toast the bread (though its as good out of the package), smashed avocado with a dash of s&p and drizzle of olive oil, cherry tomatoes and pan fried eggs.
When craving for a spicy soup and no carb dinner. Threw together this with help of a Tom Yum paste (the hollyfarms brand is pretty good, spicy though!), a whole pack of oyster mushrooms, tiger prawns, cherry tomatoes, tofu, carrots and cabbage
Felt like something spicy for dinner, so threw together a quick Tom Yum soup packed with mushrooms, and prawns for that protein fix
Because after all that fried stuff for lunch, decided dinner shall be minimal oil baked chicken and veggies. Love how easy it is to prep and quick too! Just 15 mins in the oven and all done
