If you've been hoping for food trucks to come to SG, your dreams have come true. Kerbside Gourmet is a food truck with a social vision that strives to feed hungry children with their Buy-1-Give-1 model. Support this amazing social vision by heading down to the National Musuem to pay Kerby a visit! He's a nice green n brown truck parked on Level 2 :) This dish was a fun one, with the perfect egg drizzled with chive oil and olive salt with crunchy croutons atop a soft bed of pea purée. Yum! (here's a tip: order the truffle fries and scoop the purée with them 😉)

Served in either hot or cold of your preferred choice

one of the better ones I have tried- good balance of flavors & noodles are still springy. choice of pork beef chix or seafood.
