The lunch buddy set is a hearty spread with 2 mains, 1 side, 2 rice and drinks. I picked the dry BKT, which came sizzling in a claypot with tender pork belly coated in a chilli and dark soy sauce that packed a nice kick. The claypot BKT was the opposite. It’s warm and herbal broth loaded with pork ribs, belly, pig stomach, meatballs, tau pok, tau kee, enoki and button mushrooms. Together, they made a good balance of bold and comforting.
The tau kee side dish added a bite, while the fragrant shallot rice tied everything together. A satisfying set that covers both dry and soupy cravings in one go 》$23.90
