The breast was less oily ofc, abit lighter flavour but still good. In fact it's probably considered abit better for shabu(more tender) hence why more expensive
Probably the thing with the strongest flavour we had. The soy based sauce was quite good, but it's abit confusing cos the cubes which look like meat are something slightly chewy, not sure what it was. Could be fats but it's not greasy at all, very interesting and quite toothsome
They got this one main a pax rule minimum
Unfortunately this is one of those super light tasting things that I can't appreciate. I have to say tho, their fresh duck texture is different from anything we have in Singapore. It's got more bounce and a lighter poultry flavour
This is really what they're known for. The duck is farmed and grown in kyoto
The duck patty is really something. Tender enough but with good bite and really hearty. Honestly it doesn't taste like duck lol, it crushes most beef patties in Singapore easily.
The cheese is probably the highlight tho. The super strong melted texture is something else
Very mild and pleasing.
