Found this very interesting cafe in Kluang. Their infused tea ingredients source from local farm in Kluang.
Refreshing and flavourful taste.
To complement the cakes, I sipped on the White (Cold)(RM 15), a chill latte using Ethiopia coffee beans for a vibrant fruity characteristic.
We also tried the Royal Pistachio Earl Grey (RM 22). While good, the pistachio and earl grey flavours were somewhat overshadowed by the strong chocolatey taste. A creamy delight for chocolate enthusiasts.
Tie Guan Yin (RM 18) captured my interest with its light and refreshing tea twist. The moderate tea flavour seamlessly blended into the cake, and the sweet caramelised nutty nuts on top provided a delightful crunch to the creamy and spongey texture. An overall awesome cake that I thoroughly enjoyed.
Leicha Chiffon (RM 8) intrigued me with its unique flavour profile. The soft, spongey cake infused with leicha gave the sensation of eating a pillow with a subtle tea taste. The cream with sprinkled almonds on top added a touch of sweetness to the overall experience.
