This was the best dish of the night. Usually fried pork can become tough, but this was tender and tasty to the core. The garlic and chili on top was a great combination. Superyum!!!!!
Sweet and sour, when done right, is my favorite. It was just okay for me, but that's all because of me. The fish had too much breading for my preference, and the sauce was a tad too sweet, and I want the veggies crisper. But of course, if you prefer more sweet than sour, then this is perfect.
The classic pancit in Chinoy restaurants. Birthday noodles for the birthday girl. I'd like it with more veggies though, not just meat and seafood.
Green soup that's not just delicious. It's also good for you.
Roasted Peking duck, Hainanese chicken, pork asado, roast beef, and my favorite: jellyfish! :-P
