I went for the limbo fish with their signature green pepper flavour. It came out freshly grilled, smoky and packed with that addictive Sichuan spice kick. You can add on sides starting from $3.20 or just grab their “nutritional combo” at $9.80 (2 veg + 1 meat). I topped mine up with sweet potato vermicelli, enoki mushrooms and luncheon meat, the perfect mix to soak up all that flavour. Besides the fish, the shredded potato (土豆丝) was a nice surprise. It looked fiery red but was actually pretty mild with a fragrant touch of sesame oil.
Overall, this spot is a gem for affordable Sichuan grilled fish. Tasty, filling and won’t burn a hole in your wallet.
