'Just like it' purports to be the 'world's best' liquid nitrogen ice cream. IT IS NOT. It's NO where close and honestly brings a bad name to much better liquid nitrogen made ice cream out there.
Verdict 5/10.
Regular cup durian flavoured ice cream. $6.90. Tasted artificial. Mix on the spot using kitchen aid. Ingredients include liquid nitrogen, durian and I suppose is milk. Textured felt like sorbet unlike a creamy ice cream. Melts fast. Durian taste is mild. Eat for novelty only.
Turns out the lab at the basement of ION is an ice cream store. The ice cream texture was really smooth. Would have preferred it a little sweeter but this is healthy ice cream so I guess, this is the sweetest it can go. But overall, was blown away by the innovative store layout! Kudos for creativity. We need more of this sort of thing to take our dining experience to a whole new level here in SG

Been seeing this ice cream shop around. Interesting to watch them make the ice cream on the spot using liquid nitrogen but I'm not so sure if I will go back again. Texture is creamy melt in the mouth but the taste doesn't appeal to me
