Jing Chicken Pot (Plaza Singapura)

This was served chilled and meant to be an appetiser, which is slightly salty to whet up your appetite before the mains! Note that chicken breast is used here so it's drier and harder.

They are located at Level 6 @kopitiam.sg in @plazasingapura, and you just have to turn right immediately upon entering, and walk straight to the last stall on the right!

Pretty huge bowl and portion! This bowl was slightly spicy as well, and there's also minced meat as toppings.

Medium was sufficient for 3 pax, and the gravy was q flavourful! Chicken was pretty tender, and beancurd skin nicely soaked up the gravy. Slightly spicy even tho we piced 小辣 (spice level - small), but you can go for No Spice, or even higher spice levels! This would defo pair well with rice, which you can top up for $1.

Having 𝗝𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗻 𝗣𝗼𝘁, they are having grand opening promotion at Plaza Singapura Kopitiam 🤩🔥 We had their signature chicken hot pot (S) good for 2 pax and also add in ingredient of bean sprout, konjac noodle and seaweed . Cold dish of shredded potato and black fungus 😋👍 Their chicken pot less spicy is so shiok ! 🔥🌶🌶We eat until dam full !
