Cold noodles served in a clear broth. Refreshing, chilled, and tastisfyingly chewy. The broth hits a sweet, savoury note with a gentle vinegary tang that’s perfect for hot weather. That icy chill? Damn shiok.

A humongous platter of boiled pork belly and braised pork trotter, served with a kimchi set.
The Korean Herb Bossam features pork belly braised in the house’s special sauce and aromatic Korean herbs, while the Korean Herb Jokbal offers pork trotter slow-braised in herbal blend.
Honestly, we found the texture a bit mid, slightly tougher than expected and could’ve used a longer slow cook. That said, we improvised by throwing the meats on the grill, which turned out surprisingly well. The added heat helped soften the texture, lock in more flavour, and infused the platter with a smoky edge that really elevated it.

The meat cuts were fatty and succulent after being grilled to perfection. The service crew handled the cooking and even helped cut the meat into bite-sized portions, making it easy to wrap in lettuce. The corn cheese melted into a tastisfying cheese pull.

We gotten the Seafood Soft Tofu Stew, which came loaded with ingredients like shrimp, mussels, sotong, and tofu and tasted mildly spicy, and hearty savoury.

The steamed egg was savoury and fluffy with a slightly creamy top.

This generous set includes 700g of meats: Beef Short Rib, Beef Rib Eye, Thinly Sliced Beef, Marinated Bone-In Beef Rib, Pork Belly, Marinated Pork Collar, and Duroc Pork Jowl. Ideal for sharing with 4–5 pax.
The set also comes with Steamed Egg, Corn Cheese, and your choice of stew: Kimchi Stew, Soybean Paste Stew, or Seafood Soft Tofu Stew.
