Just had some of these delicious braised goose meat while waiting for airport transfer to hotel. Tasty and meaty.
Orecchiette Alla 'Nduja - orecchiette pasta with Italian sausage, spicy 'nduja, red onion, pecorino Romano cheese and rocket salad!
They seem to have lost their Michelin star.
