Hidden in a quiet neighbourhood lies home cafe, which boasts a very simple yet aesthetic look. With comfortable seats and plugs around, I really can see myself working here!

We had a scoop of cranberry yakult ice cream ($5.50) which seemed more like yoghurt instead. With sour punches coming from both the yoghurt and cranberry, it's really refreshing!

We also had the yuzu osmanthus cake ($6) and this really was a winner. Soft moist cake texture, aromatic osmanthus flavours with a tinge of tangy yuzu, the flavour of the cake is very balanced. I can have this all by myself!

Pleasantly surprised at this cup of Spanish latte. A good balance of coffee and milk, whilst also still having the right amount of sweetness. For $5 this was a good buy, and I’d definitely come back for this.

Decent cheese baked marinara beef pasta which felt like a classic homemade dish, arguably living up to its name — home. Wanted to go for the Alfredo pasta, but it seemed like ingredients were running low and this was the only option left. Not gonna lie, but I personally expected more from this — loaded with cheese, flavour and beef. Nonetheless, I will definitely be back to try their whole range of desserts, cakes and ice cream, and hopefully they will have more food on their menu the next time!
