Golden and crisp on one side, tender and juicy on the other. These dumplings are my go‑to when I’m craving something savoury and snackable. The filling is tasty without feeling too heavy, making them easy to enjoy bite after bite. A simple and satisfying side that rounds out a ramen meal beautifully 》$6.50

These karaage pieces are juicy inside with a light, crunchy coating that doesn’t feel greasy. Great as a side or snack while waiting for the ramen 》$6.50

The pork bone broth is creamy, full-bodied and rich with collagen, wrapping me in warmth from the very first sip. The thin noodles have a nice bite, soaking up all that flavour, while the tender pork cha shu, soft-centred egg and earthy fungus round out the experience. Comforting, hearty and perfect for the cold evening when I wanted something that feels like a hug in a bowl 》$19.50

The spicy miso blends into the pork broth for a rich and full flavour that feels comforting. The pork cha shu is tender and egg has that perfect soft center. The bamboo shoots, black fungus and spring onions add freshness and crunch. The noodles carry the broth beautifully, making each slurp satisfying from start to finish 》$21

If you like your ramen really flavourful, Bonito Ramen ($20 with special toppings) from Hakata Ikkousha Ramen would be your choice. Made from bonito, pork and chicken stock, the soup itself had a deep umami savoury flavour. I got the normal tasting broth, and it's savouriness is pretty close to what I had in Japan. Very thick and rich broth that got me going for more! The large amount of spring onions was very much appreciated, as it made the soup not so surfeiting.

As for the noodles, I ordered them with very hard texture, and it had just the right amount of chewiness. The char siew maybe thin, but they were well seasoned and actually tasted somewhat closer to ham. Wished that they can go heavier on the seasoning of the marinated egg though!

This is definitely one place I will go to fulfil my ramen cravings!

Pork broth with garlic paste. Pretty decent ramen with a lot of Japanese visiting as well. Can be crowded even on weekdays night. They used to have free hard boiled eggs but now no more!!
Ramen was $15.50++
