Yay to free haagen daazs ice cream! (Free because I could never cash out any rewards with the limited points I have before the points expire) We had the dark chocolate and mango & rapsberry (tried the new flavours lavendar & blueberry and cherry blossom, but they weren't as nice as we thought) #burpple #burpplesg #haagendazs #grabsg
1 for 1 promotion on their parfait. The person was kind enough to let us customise our parfait with our own choice of ice crea flavour. Probably he was not really busy at the moment which explains our lucky!
Being spoilt for choices, we tried almost half of the available flavours before deciding on Rum & Raisin and Green Tea.
Thanks to FavePay buy one share one promo where we got these single scoop 🍦 ice cream at only $5.90
Got this amazing ice cream from Haagen Dazs at Holland Village. This is the green tea and almond ice cream which I don't think is sold anywhere else apart from the Haagen Dazs store itself. Buying it will set you back by $5.90. But it was all worth it with this heavenly treat. Perfect! The chocolate was good and the green tea ice cream simply tasted wonderful. There was a distinct matcha taste in the ice cream, the quality wouldn't differ even if you bought it from pints or from the store itself. While it is expensive, this will certainly prove to be one of the best ice cream you would have eaten. Very much like Magnum. Haagen Dazs never fails to disappoint!
2 scoops of ice cream with cone. Couldn't really complain about the portion of the ice cream given because it's Haagen Dazs. But for the price of the ice cream, it is definitely something that is not worth it. As compared to other ice cream parlours, the scoop is really small. Wouldn't really go back and buy it again because it is just too expensive even though it tastes amazing. Cone tastes very basic but nice place to chill at.
Fondue ($45) with Milk Chocolate Sauce. Ice cream was served in really tiny scoops, which was a pity, but I liked the chocolate sauce which had bits of cookies in them and gave it more texture. I wouldn't mind eating it on its own! Might be a little overpriced though.
