The tomato noodle soup was a simple bowl of instant noodles, sliced beef, canned tomatoes, and a wide variety choice of side such as fried / scrambled eggs, cheese, luncheon meat, sausage, hash brown, etc. The tomato broth was rich and thick with the tangy-ness and sweetness of the tomatoes; and my side of runny fried egg added a touch of creaminess.

The char siew is thinly sliced, quite tender and not too fatty. The scrambled egg was nicely cooked but hoping it can be thicker. It is abit like a layer of 蛋皮. Underneath the egg is white rice. A standard cha chan teng dish

I was hoping they can serve this last but they served it together with the mains. It is good for sharing otherwise might be abit jelat. The salted egg wasn't really flowing out right after cutting. I like that they covered the bread with egg and then toast it.

Totally love the soft and fluffy scramble egg covering the white rice underneath it, accompanied with lots of juicy and delicious char siew.

Their first outlet at Springleaf could be very far for many people, but good news is that they finally opened a new outlet right at the city centre.

Just a few minutes walk from Maxwell MRT Station, they continue to serve authentic Hong Kong foods in the heritage shophouse.

Their fishballs seems sourced from the local, so like those you can find in Hong Kong. Which the local type of fishballs are much chewy.

But the curry sauce definitely Hong Kong style.
