Tasting at FUKU is indeed an eye opening experience for me. Being a blogger is not so much about getting invites or being popular. It has been a great journey thus far. I learnt so much from people whom I interacted with. *feeling thankful*
dip in some wasabi and soy sauce and into the mouth it goes. I like the fuku texture, fresh yet not slimy, very delightful.
thinking of something unique this weekend? this may be the place to be at.
prolly cheated death more than once here πππ
An acquired taste but not too bad. I was trying fugu already anyway, why not be more adventurous in my choice of alcohol? π
Tried this a month ago. Very thinly sliced and beautifully displayed with flakes of edible gold. It was chewy but rather tasteless. Kinda meh~ Nonetheless, "Try puffer fish" checked!βοΈ
One of the two soup bases is the soya bean broth, the texture was creamy and boasts a thick consistency. Comfort food indeed. π‘+π²

If you're planning to try fugu in the month of June 2015, FUKU will be holding a special promotion - each pot goes at $60++ instead. More details on the web. www.jacqsowhat.com (link in bio) π
#FukuSG recently launched 2 new soup bases for its fugu Hotpot. The new soup bases are [Soya Bean Hotpot S$70] and Miso Hotpot. Good for 2-3 pax to share, and they will cook the ingredients for you! The soya bean Hotpot is full of collagen and white Miso which is so tasty, and of course it comes with Veges and fugu.
