Over a mound of soft shaved ice and wobbly aiyu jelly, is drizzled a simple syrup and lime juice. On top is stacked juicy fruit cocktail (peach, pear, green grapes, cherry, longan), and springy rainbow tadpole jelly. The ice gradually melts and combines with the syrup.

The result is a burst of fruity zesty sour sweet floral flavour, cooling and refreshing.

Nice and cooling dessert! Affordably price at $2.50. Came with loads of red beans on one side; mango syrup, mango, nata de coco, longan on the other side.
