This was a splendid Spring 🌱 dish with lots of bright, fresh flavours from the asparagus and the vibrant, green veloute. The sweet, tender langoustine added a luxurious touch and the ikura and mentaiko added salt in a unique briny way. Overall, a very good dish by the amazing @chefkirk_w and definitely a dish worth trying from the current Spring menu 👍
