This dish seems to be an improved version of cereal prawns with an additional sweetness and savouriness of what I'm usually used to. The curry leaves and egg floss contributed to the very essence of this deep fried prawn dish. There were also some chilli padi hidden amidst the prawns, giving surprising bursts of spiciness when we least expected it.

It was so mindblowingly good and cheap (RM35) that we came back twice just for it! Definitely a must-try in Langkawi.
