Perfect execution of the grilled chicken, resulting in tender succulent chunks of meat on top of a complex but amazing blend of flavors from the labneh (strained yoghurt), smokey eggplant, garlic chives, burnt lemon, verde. I must say this does not feel like a light dish as the labneh is has a rather dense consistency and has that distinctive sour taste, which goes perfectly well with the eggplant purée. Mix a bit of the verde in and you’re all set. I’ll come back for this dish for sure!
