This dish is amazing; served cold, the scallops are 'high grade sashimi' fresh and the homemade pasta is made al dente. The truffle flavour is really strong, can seem a tad overwhelming, but I enjoyed it. 1 portion is really big and probably too gelat so request it to be served in 2 portions which was what I did. This item is off the menu, and additional servings of Uni and Truffle Shavings can be added subject to availability and the size of your pocket 😬
