This is my bowl (U.P $14.95) of 2 fishes, Ginger Shoyu, which is made with tuna and classic Japanese shoyu with a dash of ginger as well as California Unrolled, which consists of a deconstructed California roll along with tobiko toe, salmon sashimi and avocado!
I picked my base of brown rice which uses Japanese grains which gives each mouthful a harder texture to bite into. The corn and shitake mushroom is pretty yummy too! 😍
