A cosy tuck away in Seah Street. The chicken rice was fragrant, paired with a delightful green scallion sauce. I was especially impressed with the delightful Hainanese Chap Chye, which is easily hands-down the best Chap Chye I have tried. The cabbage was well-simmered and flavourful. I enjoyed the Teh C here too. The tea base is fragrantly smooth and the milk adds a silky finish to it.
