KIM KEAT HOKKIEN MEE ($10)
.
.
It has the right flavours from its thick porky, seafood-y broth that it was steeped in, but it didn’t blow my mind. Maybe it’s the overhype via social media, or the lack of a 45min queue (what a Singaporean), or the fact that he merely reheated the precious batch of Hokkien Mee. Yes, it was quite a good Hokkien Mee, but I was expecting more!

What I do LOVE about the dish was the specia addition of DEEP FRIED PORK BELLY?! So sinful but sooooo good 🤤
