Bibimbap, mackerel, galbi tang (beef short rib soup), su yuk (tender boiled pork) served with cabbage and haemui sundubu (seafood tofu soup).The bibimbap or mixed rice was fluffy with alittle crunchy texture from the beansprouts and black fungus. Atad spicy. The seafood tofu soup was a clear favorite. Robust and aromatic leaving a lingering refreshing heat on the palate. So comforting on cool days. ◾◽
