This September, the Alaska Seafood Marketing Institute is partnering with some of Singapore's top restaurants to showcase the quality and sustainability of wild Alaska seafood. I had the pleasure to try them out at 15 Stamford.

The meal began with the Pacific Cod Brandade Pi ($45), a creamy delight with black salsify, parmesan, and sourdough rye that soaked up every bit of flavor. Next up was the Sockeye Salmon En Papillote ($50)—perfectly cooked, fresh, and zesty with fennel, orange, and dill butter. The Pacific Cod Fish & Chips ($55) was a standout, reimagining the classic with tender cod, mushy peas, hand-cut fries, and a refreshing citrus tartar sauce.

This is a fantastic opportunity to savor the best of Alaska’s seafood at 15 Stamford and other renowned locations like Morsels, UMMI Beirut, POPI's and Man Fu Yuan throughout September. Experience the exquisite flavors of the North Pacific right in the heart of Singapore!
