A complexity of flavours: the very slight sweetness from the milk, then transitioning to the richness of the matcha, before it leaves you with the bitter aftertaste of the espresso shot. ☕️

The matcha was clumpy at times, which I’m not horribly picky about, but it might not be for everyone. As with the cream of the milk — it was quite heavy for me and switching to oat milk may have been a better choice.
