This is actually my second time eating omu rice. Perhaps I have been spoiled too much by YouTube videos of omu rice in Japan hence I feel the egg could be more runny. The rice is flavoured tomato rice which is great with the beef stew to cut through the strong and beefy taste of the stew. The beef is quite tender, it is in cubes and the meat was rather flaky. I just wish the sauce for the stew is less beefy? The sauce does get overpowering after a while. This costs 22.30 before gst and service charge.
