This was a very strong dish. The side components were all fresh and light and the broth was extremely fragrant. However, the star was the scallop which had a beautiful sear and a perfectly translucent center. (Swipe right to see the glistening center of the scallop) The Hokkaido 🇯🇵 sourced scallop was large, plump, extremely sweet and simply perfect. Definitely a big reason to grab one of the last few seats remaining while Chef Grandits is in 🇸🇬
