He personally served many of the dishes, explaining them at each table. I was impressed. The uniqueness of this curry is chef zhng the spices to localise it. Indeed, it's slurp-worthy and reminded me of fish head curry. Although clams are nice, quite a few of theirs were gooey, which was off.
