From the popular gourmet hotdog and champagne pairing outfit in the UK, Bubbledogs, comes this crackly-skinned pork sausage with sour cream, guacamole, tomato salsa and pickled jalapeño between plush buns. Other than the surprisingly light texture of the garnishes, I wasn't too wowed by this.
