U can't mix and match the ingredients for the small set.

Everything here got a little bit of chew, from the kway to both intestines and the pig skin. Most of the items are really well braised, particularly the pork belly. Kway soup was rather thick compared to normal. Chili was sour and spicy w little body but it does its job perfectly.
