I know I may be slow on jumping on the bandwagon, but here's my take on the Penang Hokkien Prawn Mee (which also comes in rice vermicelli aka beehoon).

Adding the extra flavour to your usual instant noodles. Updated info:
• Penang Hokkien Prawn Noodle Soup [4 packets at $4.50] - available at all Cold Storage and Giant supermarkets.
• Penang Hokkien Prawn Rice Vermicelli Soup in a bowl [$2.40] - available at all 7-11 stores.
