On our 2nd day of CNY shopping, we managed to squeeze in a quick meal at this ever-popular pizzeria with no queue post-lunch (a rarity if you know this place!). We went straight for their favourites. The Neapolitan red pizza had a soft, chewy thin crust with charred edges, tangy tomato sauce and salty Parma ham. The carbonara sauce was rich and creamy with crisp salt-cured meat and handmade pasta. Everything was satisfying… though I must admit, it was quite jelat trying to finish the carbonara on my own. 😅
