With mascarpone cheese whisked so fluffy smooth and lady fingers thoroughly soaked in espresso and amaretto, I've nothing to pick on this classic Italian dessert except that it was gone too soon. This Tiramisu is made up of 80% mascarpone cheese, so creamy and rich yet delightfully light. Ratio of espresso and amaretto used was well balanced enough to allow each flavour to shine on its own. Make sure to dig all the way through to get a full spoon of goodness. This here is definitely an effortless crowd pleaser!
