Pretty big and thick fish fillet (much larger than I expected tbh) that was really moist and well-seasoned, topped with a small dollop of butter. Served with a special sambal chili on the side but I felt that the fish itself was already very delicious on its own due to the dry sambal seasoning on the fish. The buttery fragrance added as the butter melts on the fish was the icing to the cake.

Side dishes were disappointing though. Chose mashed potatoes and vegetable-of-the-day as my sides but the corn was mushy and I was not a fan of the grainy texture and taste of the mashed potatoes.
