I managed to snag a batch of these freshly grilled over charcoal and absolutely delectable bak kwa, after happily shoving through the crowd. The irregular cuts mean extra charred bits (it’s the best part!) paired with tender, smoky goodness and a super sweet finish. So nice, my family swiped the whole pack in a jiff.
