Peperoni's refreshed menu sees the introduction of healthier alternatives, star amongst them in my opinion is this vivacious appetiser packing bags of flavour and texture. The homemade anchovy basil pesto is earthy, salty and deeply umami, and complemented by creamy stracciatella, refreshingly crisp and juicy ice plant and hazelnuts on toasted ciabatta.
